Our client, an international cloud-based booking and property management platform, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to proactively handle all inbound and outbound leads in their territory within the hotel and vacation rentals industries and to be part of a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial team.

With its cutting-edge, all-in-one booking suite catered to independent B&Bs, Guesthouses, Vacation Rental Owners and Hotels, the company operates in North America, UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Germany.

Main responsibilities

Driving call volume•Resilient and target-driven "hunter" mentality•Confidence and energy over the phone•Ability to drive 50-100 outbound calls per day. Proactively handle all inbound and outbound leads in your territory, both warm and cold, with scheduled follow-ups•Self-discipline and time management•High tolerance for rejection/ show perseverance and quick rebound ability•Motivated by metrics and personal accountability•No hesitations in cold calling a targeted prospect, comfortable in driving further engagement based on pre-call research, well-integrated scripts, easy and credible conversational skills.•Ambitious – What is their WHY?

Qualification Skills•Commercial curiosity and business acumen•Good practical research and analytical skills•Proactive mindset with an investigative approach•Highly disciplined in pre-call research and post-call documentation

Ability to conduct short sales demonstrations and close lower-value purchases•Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills•Persuasive presenter and skilled at virtual demos•Able to project credibility, empathy, and authenticity•Strong listening and objection handling skills – ability to learn and anticipate the most common objections before they are even raised•High emotional intelligence to read and respond to buyer behaviorProficient on the phone and comfortable using CRM•Detail-oriented and process-driven•Organized with strong follow-through•Understands the importance of data•Understands the need for data accuracy and discipline•Excellent phone manner, ideally trained in a previous role

Candidate Profile

• Must be eligible to work in the US and based in Austin, TX• Excellent spoken and written English• Bachelor’s degree or Associate's Degree required• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written (clear speaking voice, excellent grammar)• You pay attention to details and can quickly learn and adapt. Ability to absorb a lot of information quickly and accurately. A strong desire to learn more• Highly agile with the ability to stay organized and excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
