Global market leader in the boating industry is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to support their commercial development across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the nautical or the luxury industry, in-depth knowledge of the Americas markets, and a true passion for premium customer service and commercial excellence.
This is a full-time position based in Fort Lauderdale, FL with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office and 2 days WFH).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow company's market share across the Americas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, business partners, and key clients.
Provide training and support to local sales teams, ensuring alignment with company's commercial vision.
Assist dealers with inventory management, advertising, sales promotions and merchandising.
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
Maintain knowledge on competitive products, lease plans, merchandising and promotional activities.
Participate in boat shows and other industry-related events.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the nautical or luxury sector.
Demonstrated strength in negotiation and strategic partnership development.
Fluent in English and French highly preferred; Spanish is a plus.
Proven experience in active team work and collective success.
Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and a clear drive for results.
Knowledge and / or interest in boating is a strong plus.
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time throughout North America, Caribbean and Latin America.
What the Company Offers:
Base salary plus bonus for a total annual compensation of up to $120,000 - 125,000.
