Global market leader in the boating industry is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to support their commercial development across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the nautical or the luxury industry, in-depth knowledge of the Americas markets, and a true passion for premium customer service and commercial excellence.
 
This is a full-time position based in Fort Lauderdale, FL with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office and 2 days WFH).
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow company's market share across the Americas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, business partners, and key clients.
  • Provide training and support to local sales teams, ensuring alignment with company's commercial vision.
  • Assist dealers with inventory management, advertising, sales promotions and merchandising.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain knowledge on competitive products, lease plans, merchandising and promotional activities.
  • Participate in boat shows and other industry-related events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the nautical or luxury sector.
  • Demonstrated strength in negotiation and strategic partnership development.
  • Fluent in English and French highly preferred; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proven experience in active team work and collective success.
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and a clear drive for results.
  • Knowledge and / or interest in boating is a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time throughout North America, Caribbean and Latin America.
What the Company Offers:
  • Base salary plus bonus for a total annual compensation of up to $120,000 - 125,000.
