Scope – Purpose of the position:
We are looking for a highly capable FP&A Director with a strong focus on industrial finance to lead the full FP&A function for the Group.
As FP&A Director, you will lead and inspire a growing team of 3, helping each team member develop their potential while elevating the overall impact of finance within the company.
You’ll be expected to structure, coach, and challenge your team — not just to report the numbers, but to drive insight, accountability, and performance across the organization.
The FP&A Director will report directly to the COO and work in close collaboration with the CFO and accounting team. You will also partner closely with IT to enhance our data architecture and ensure that performance tracking is scalable, automated, and business-relevant.
In addition to managing the full-cycle FP&A process, the position is a hands-on, high-impact position that offers direct exposure to senior leadership and a clear path to growth.
This scope may evolve over time based on business priorities and operational needs.Main Responsibilities:
· Lead the FP&A function across the entire organization: industrial, commercial, marketing and support functions.
· Manage & Coach the FP&A Supervisor supporting commercial and Group financial planning.
· Coordinate and consolidate budget and forecasting processes across plants and business units.
· Build and maintain cost models (standard cost, labor, overhead, volume throughput, yield, scrap).
· Provide monthly analysis of performance KPIs: production cost, margin bridge, productivity, absorption.
· Partner with plant and operations leaders to drive accountability and decision-making.
· Support monthly closing activities with CFO and accounting team (cut-offs, provisions, margin).
· Collaborate with IT to structure master data, automate reporting (Power BI, SEI), and drive systems improvement.
· Analyze CAPEX initiatives and model ROI/NPV/payback of equipment and efficiency projects.
· Own development of dashboards and reporting tools to monitor business performance and plant health.
· Lead industrial performance reviews with stakeholders in all the facilities.
· Travel regularly to Miami (~monthly) and San Antonio (~every 2 months).
In addition to the specific duties outlined, you may be required to perform other tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by your manager. These tasks will be relevant to your role and within the scope of your area of expertise.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
· 6–10 years of experience in FP&A or manufacturing finance roles.
· Prior experience managing or mentoring a finance team.
· Proficient in Excel; experience with a Business Intelligence software is a plus.
· Hands-on experience with ERP systems
· Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, IT, and executive leadership.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Detail-oriented and organized; able to handle competing priorities and deadlines.
· CPA certification is a strong plus.
· Experience working with or within a French culture company is appreciated.

Full-time position, located in Easton, PA, 5 days in-office.
