Our client, a fast-growing premium organic food brand is looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide support with sales orders, shipping and invoicing and to provide assistance with major accounts (Whole Foods, Walmart, Aldi, Costco, etc.).

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Miami Beach, FL.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support National Sales Director with customer orders and ensure all information is accurate and complete
  • Confirm pricing, product availability and delivery schedules
  • Work directly with logistics team in France and prepare international shipping documents
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate any issues or delays
  • Prepare internal sales reports and assist with customer presentations
  • Ensure all compliance documentation (USDA, FSMA, etc.) is complete
  • Provide customers with order acknowledgement and regular delivery updates

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration and order management, ideally in the CPG or manufacturing sector
  • Fluent in English and French. Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Proficient with ERP and CRM systems
  • High level of accuracy, organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle large volumes of orders and work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
