Client is seeking a dedicated and aggressive Outside Sales Representative in the Boston and South Shore area that will have an immediate impact on growth. Sales representatives are assigned to an exclusive territory and will partner with a wide range of clients in the medical/healthcare sector. Customers range from clinics to surgery centers to hospitals.
 
We are in search of highly motivated, seasoned hunters to expand our customer base throughout the South Shore area. This is not your typical sales position. Client's current sales team has the lowest turnover by far within the industry. We specialize in hiring the right professionals and ensuring they have the highest probability to succeed. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives/quotas
  • Identify prospective customers/generate leads via cold-calling, trade shows and networking
  • Work new business leads provided by the company
  • Maintain an active sales funnel (prospecting, cold calls, appointments)
  • Expand client’s already vast pipeline of National Account customers and prospects

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-driven and cold calling sales experience (generating new business, not account management)
  • Must exhibit superior prospecting, presentation and closing skills
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation and desire to succeed
  • Familiar with Boston and South Shore market
  • Clean drivers license
  • Ability to work from home 1 day per week, and in the field the remainder of the week
  • Candidates should: be organized, possess excellent planning and follow-up skills, be outgoing, friendly, and positive, be able to multitask, have a passion for excellence, have a passion to lead teams to produce a high level of performance
