SALES REPRESENTATIVE - EAST NAPLES

Location: East Naples, Florida

 

Our client, a leading financial services company that has been ranked a Fortune 100 "Best Company to Work For" for the past 9 years, is searching for a Sales Representative to join their Florida sales team in Naples. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to contribute to a well-established company while developing strong client relationships in the industry.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of successful sales experience in the residential Title/Real estate industry.
  • Qualifications:
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
    • Experience using sales CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and leveraging social media for business development.
    • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and proactively develop new business opportunities.
    • Valid driver’s license required for travel within assigned territory.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain a client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities while fostering relationships with existing customers.
  • Research and compile targeted customer lists through networking, industry events, and lead-generation sources.
  • Execute a strategic outreach plan through cold calling, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations to potential clients, including real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys.
  • Customize and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to maintain visibility in the market and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful local campaigns and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the company’s CRM system.
