Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Mabel, Minnesota and in Onalaska, Wisconsin: The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and optimizing supply chain management. Requires strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of plant management systems to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production scheduling, quality control, and workforce management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for production optimization and cost reduction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technologies to drive innovation within the plant.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of plant management principles and practices.
  • Excellent mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Experience in quality control processes to ensure product standards are met consistently.
  • Proven ability in supply chain management to optimize material flow and reduce lead times.
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

Compensation:

$85K-105K Base + Uncapped Performance Bonus (i.e., Bonus currently averaging 30K annually, but increasing as the business grows), Bonuses Paid Quarterly, Matching 401K
