Reliability Engineer

Job Description:

The Maintenance Reliability Engineer: Working with plant personnel to

develop plans and procedures to improve performance and

reliability of plant systems / equipment. Manage equipment safety

improvements, and provide daily oversight of maintenance metrics at our facility. A once in a lifetime Job Opportunity.

• Help develop and lead our Predictive Maintenance Program.
• Create, upgrade, and maintain maintenance operating procedures.
• Training of maintenance team members on new procedures.
• Increase machinery Uptime.
• Read Blueprints and Schematics
• Develop maintenance for Rotating Machinery.
• Root Cause Analysis and Vibration Analysis.
• Predictive and Preventative Maintenance.
• Machine Audits.
• Use CMMS system to log Trouble Tickets
• SAP Experience a Plus
• Knowledge of Sologic and Causelink Software a plus.
• Work with project engineers, process engineers for Machinery upgrades
• Perform PM’s and key inspections to minimize downtime.
• Responsible for lubrication, vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic inspection etc.
• Back up to the plant maintenance manager.
• Drive achievement of plant goals.
• Good industrial writing and procedure writing skills
• Team Player, good communicator self-starter.
• Prioritize the needs of the plant in terms of equipment reliability and machine uptime.
• Strong Safety Focus
• Chemical and or Composites manufacturing experience a Plus.

Qualifications:

• 4-yr technical degree combined with 3-5 years of maintenance engineering
• CMMS system experience. SAP experience is a plus.
• A good understanding of control systems, ladder logic, and drive systems.
• Read Blueprints, P&ID’s, and other drawings
• Strong problem solving abilities for mechanical and electrical applications
• Continuous improvement mindset to gain throughput and gain efficiency.
• Work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Valid drivers’ license.

Compensation:

$105K -145K + Bonus

6 weeks of Vacation, Full-Benefits(Matching 401K etc.)
