Oversee all phases of construction projects, including design coordination, estimating, bidding, and execution.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain alignment and project objectives.
Monitor jobsite progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Identify potential risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Required Experience & Education:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
Business management, construction management or related experience a plus.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of project management or supervisory experience in the construction and building industry.
Experience leading medium to large commercial projects.
High school diploma required.
