The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets within the HVAC/R distribution market assigned areas. The TSM must build and maintain customer relationships and also develop and implement assigned sales strategies. 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives for the assigned territory. 

·       Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the territory. 

·       Coordinate and Execute Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory. 

·       Territory Management: Plan and execute sales activities within the territory, including time management, territory coverage, and resource allocation. 

·       Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. 

·       Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges. 

·       Sales Training: Provide training and guidance to sales representatives within the territory. Must stay proficient in testo products and applicable applications.

·       Problem Solving: Address customer issues and complaints effectively. 

·       Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 

·
