About Us:

Our Client is an established, independent laboratory specializing in physician services, blood testing, and toxicology. They are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to expand our reach across territories in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring and maintaining client relationships in the healthcare sector. This role requires a motivated professional with proven experience in behavioral health, substance abuse, or primary care, as well as an established book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth by identifying and closing opportunities in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive business presentations.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 90%).
  • Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, state, and federal regulations.
  • Leverage knowledge of laboratory operations, especially toxicology and primary care markets, to support client needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve client concerns by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, with a focus on market targeting, managed care, and competitive analysis.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
