Job Title: Hospital Sales Manager

Location: Seattle, WA – Ideally Seattle or Portland based

A nationwide leader in clinical laboratory and healthcare services is seeking a results-driven sales professional to build and strengthen partnerships with hospital systems across the Pacific Northwest. This role emphasizes strategic account expansion, new service adoption, and delivering measurable operational and clinical value.

The ideal candidate will excel in navigating complex healthcare organizations, establishing credibility with stakeholders at all levels, and executing growth initiatives in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new hospital accounts while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
  • Identify underutilized services and implement strategies to increase engagement.
  • Work closely with leadership to design and execute tailored growth plans for key accounts.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of services.
  • Provide educational sessions to diverse hospital departments and leadership teams.
  • Oversee account agreements, renewals, and pricing strategies to align with business goals.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly to sustain long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with at least 3 years in laboratory, diagnostics, or related services.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value accounts.
  • Knowledge of hospital lab operations, specialty testing, reimbursement, and healthcare compliance.
  • Strong professional network within Pacific Northwest hospital systems preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
