Food and Beverage Manager
$80,000- $100,000 plus bonus

Oversees all food and beverage operations, ensuring high service standards, efficient team management, and exceptional guest experiences.
 
 
 
Food and Beverage Manager responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement F&B systems, procedures, and staffing plans.

  • Lead daily shift operations, scheduling, and labor compliance.

  • Manage budgets, purchasing, inventory, and supply costs.

  • Train, coach, and evaluate team performance; recognize achievements.

  • Coordinate with Culinary, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Maintenance, and Events teams to meet service standards.

  • Ensure guest issues are resolved promptly; implement feedback-driven improvements.

  • Maintain proper stock levels, oversee equipment maintenance, and support environmental initiatives.


Food and Manager candidates must possess:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus four years of experience in the food service, hospitality, or related industry, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Guest service experience required.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays if needed.
  • Ability to operate without direct supervision and be self-motivated, persistent, confident, tenacious, and take pride in work.
  • Efficient time management
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and neatly groomed.
  • A driver’s license is required
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and may be asked to complete a background check.
