Job Description

As the Controller at Clarks Landing, your role will involve preparing and overseeing the overall financial and accounting for multiple locations/companies.

Your responsibilities include:

·        Maintaining financial records
·        Coordinating office operations
·        Manage all aspects of the company's finance/accounting department-A/R,A/P,GL,P&L reports ,Sales cost processing, bank rec
·        Performing payroll duties, including processing of employee salaries, benefits, and taxes
·        Provide timely and accurate financial reporting- (month End& Year End closings and reconciliations
·        Create annual financial budgets and analyze actual vs. budget performance
·        Develop policies and procedures for financial control and reporting
·        Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures, analyze differences, and make necessary adjustments
·        Coordinate office operations to ensure smooth functioning

Qualifications


Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in financial software
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
