We are actively looking to hire a compassionate APRN/ARNP to join the team in Palatka, FL.

French Connection Staffing representing a medical service organization of over 50 owned practices and 32 affiliate offices. The organization opened its first office in 1991 and is committed to promoting health improvement to each and every patient who walks through its doors.

In this role you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive care. This role allows you to work autonomously, assessing acute and non-acute clinical issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct independent assessments of acute and non-acute clinical concerns.
• Perform thorough physical assessments and maintain detailed patient histories.
• Analyze patient condition trends and devise comprehensive management plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care strategies.
• Provide patient education, counseling, and support for patients and their families.
• Stay current with relevant medical procedures, treatments, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support.
• Current DEA number for controlled substances.
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Previous experience in primary care or a similar setting is preferred.
