We are looking for Maintenance Technicians in the Dayton, Oh area. This is a 90-day temp-to-hire position.
I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installs and repairs machinery and equipment in industrial establishment. Repairs or coordinates
repair of facilities and machinery as needed.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Must have 220/440/480 electric
-Industrial electric experience
-CNC equipment repair
-Laser repair experience
-Turret repair experience ( preferably Aarmada)
-Analyzes mechanical and electrical problems on equipment. Takes corrective action to
maintain maximum production and quality.
-Performs Preventative Maintenance Plans.
-Maintains buildings and facilities to include plumbing, construction, electrical, and
installation of equipment.
-Works from prints, sketches, specifications and instruction manuals.
-Wears appropriate PPE equipment for work being performed or as directed by company
policy.
-Maintains a safe work environment through good housekeeping practices.
-All other duties as assigned.
III. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum of an Associates’ Degree (electrical, mechanical, maintenance, controls, etc),
or eight years of on the job experience or any combination thereof.
-Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of organization.
-Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems required.
-Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Criteria:
Must be able to work second shift hours
Must have open availability & able to work weekends: Hours for the position are 2nd Shift 2:30 pm -11:00pm
