Are you a results-driven sales professional with a knack for technical products and a passion for driving business growth in the manufacturing or construction materials industry? We are seeking a dedicated Technical Sales Executive to join our team and elevate our presence in the U.S. market.

About the Role

In this role, you will spearhead strategic sales initiatives, cultivate lasting client relationships, and expand our market share. You will be working with a company renowned for its expertise in custom coating and laminating solutions, serving diverse sectors such as construction and footwear.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop New Business: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the manufacturing and construction sectors.
  • Manage Existing Clients: Foster and strengthen client relationships, while identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Lead Sales Strategy: Implement outreach strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Attend Industry Events: Represent the company at trade shows and client meetings.
  • Collaborate Internally: Engage with R&D, logistics, and production teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Forecast Sales Activity: Provide detailed reporting and market insights to company leadership.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel up to 60% within the U.S., with occasional trips to Europe.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial materials.
  • Technical knowledge of polymer coatings, sealants, waterproofing, textiles, or laminates.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in-person and remote.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel 50–60%, primarily domestic.
