We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Representative to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional with an active Secret security clearance to manage a diverse portfolio of complex contracts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing cradle-to-grave contract management, ensuring compliance and maintaining vital relationships with external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage the entire contract lifecycle for a range of contractual agreements, including BOA, IDIQ, OTA, R&D, EMD, and Production contracts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and lead contracting actions throughout the business winning process.
  • Collaborate with capture and proposal teams to develop and execute negotiation strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act requirements and oversee cross-functional compliance efforts.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of terms and conditions to establish contract baselines and facilitate contract setup within business systems.
  • Champion effective change management practices, including timely notifications and approval processes.
  • Interpret contract requirements, assist in dispute resolution, and conduct contract closeout activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; an advanced degree is preferred and may substitute for two years of experience.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the Government Contracting industry; experience in national security or aerospace and defense is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in FAR/DFARS and a strong understanding of government contract types and vehicles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to influence others in a team environment.
  • Experience in mentoring junior colleagues and leading training initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to various systems.

Security Clearance: Applicants must obtain and maintain a government security clearance, with a preference for those holding a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
