Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their IP Litigation practice group in Austin.

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in Texas.
  • 3-5 years of substantive IP litigation experience, with a focus on patent litigation.
  • Experience working on sophisticated matters in a highly regarded law firm.
  • Exceptional legal writing and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative in-office environment and investing in a team-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex patent litigation matters for high-profile clients across various industries.
  • Work closely with seasoned litigators in a collaborative environment, contributing to high-stakes IP disputes.
  • Draft complex legal documents and participate in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, depositions, and hearings.
