We are searching for a highly skilled Electronic Systems Contract Representative to manage a diverse portfolio of complex contracts. This role involves full lifecycle contract management, from initial negotiations to final closeout, across one or multiple business areas. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in-office and two days remote, with relocation assistance provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently execute comprehensive contract management for various contract vehicles, including BOA, IDIQ, and OTA, as well as R&D, EMD, and production contracts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer communications, ensuring effective liaison and relationship management.
  • Lead contracting actions throughout the business winning process, from capture to proposal development and negotiation.
  • Develop and implement negotiation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act requirements through thorough reviews, disclosures, and certifications.
  • Conduct detailed contract reviews, establish baselines, and manage changes with a strong sense of urgency and compliance.
  • Support dispute resolution and closeout activities to meet all contract requirements, maintaining accurate contract records.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient knowledge of FAR/DFARS and a strong understanding of the contract lifecycle and government contracts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to address complex challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective teamwork and influence.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to meeting deadlines and working independently under guidance.
  • Capability to mentor junior colleagues and lead training for program and functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to various systems.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; an advanced degree is preferred and may substitute two years of experience. A high school diploma with some college and four additional years of work experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Professional certifications such as CFCM or CPCM are preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in the government contracting industry; additional experience in national security or aerospace and defense is advantageous.

Security Clearance:

Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. A current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is preferred.
