We are seeking a skilled Electrical/Electronic Engineer to join a dynamic team in providing innovative solutions across various sectors including Marine Services, Mining, and Site Services. This role offers the opportunity to engage in comprehensive project management, design, and technical support to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage electrical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards.
• Develop electrical schematics and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Oversee the testing, installation, and commissioning of electrical designs.
• Program and integrate PLC/HMI/SCADA systems.
• Create and implement maintenance strategies and documentation for equipment designs.
• Conduct site investigations, compliance audits, and design risk assessments.
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and success.
• Explore and assess new technologies to solve operational and maintenance challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in electrical design for industry, mining, or utilities.
• Expertise in switchboard or motor control centre design.
• Proficiency in low and medium voltage systems.
• Understanding of automation, PLC, and HMI systems.
• Experience in project management and document control.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Requirements:

• Permanent Residency or Citizenship within Australia.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass Defence, Mining & Marine, Medical & Police checks.
