Electrical Foreman

Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to lead job crews on industrial electrical projects. This position requires strong leadership, knowledge of electrical systems, and a passion for safety and quality. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the work of job crew employees.
• Hire, train, and motivate crew members; enforce company policies as needed.
• Review and understand job plans, specifications, and contract scope.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide accurate updates.
• Monitor job progress and generate RFIs and other documentation.
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Codes and safety standards.
• Manage tool control, order materials, and maintain a clean job site.
• Approve and track employee work time and performance.

Qualifications for Success

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Foreman.
• NCCER certification or Electrician State License is a plus.
• Ability to pass a DISA drug/alcohol test.
• Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and L.O.T.O policies.
• Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, and control systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience with bending and installing conduit, wiring, and electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with single and three-phase motors and motor control systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
