We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Facilities Management team in Fort Pierce. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our facilities, including overseeing plant operations, engineering, and utility management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing preventative maintenance programs, managing emergency repairs, and ensuring compliance with life safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plant operations and engineering to ensure efficient preventative maintenance and equipment management.
• Coordinate construction and renovation projects, ensuring timely and effective completion.
• Serve as the Safety Officer, overseeing the Environment of Care (EOC) compliance with all regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer and Administrative Director of Quality on safety and quality improvement programs.
• Oversee the physical space control and safety of satellite buildings and departments.
• Manage the relocation of equipment and departments, landscaping, property development, and emergency preparedness programs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in facilities management.
• Minimum of 5 years in a healthcare engineering environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
