We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join a leading practice group specializing in the intricate world of commercial real estate and financial securities. This role is integral to a team that excels in the intersection of real estate finance, securitization law, and regulatory compliance, particularly within the realm of Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the structuring and processing of commercial mortgage securities.
- Advise on financing transactions for commercial properties, ensuring adherence to securities regulations and mortgage-backed securities laws.
- Manage legal disputes arising from CMBS transactions or servicing agreements.

Qualifications:
