The Technical Trainer is responsible for the development and delivery of technical training programs for Agricultural Machinery Service Technicians / Mechanics. AUD 80,000-115,000
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Assess the development needs of the company's agricultural service technicians.
In collaboration with others, identify sources for, and as required help develop, suitable instructional and evaluation materials for the agricultural service technicians.
Produce and implement development training programs including coordination of delivery.
Monitor, report on, and drive achievement of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) training metrics
Ensure employee development activities are aligned with continuous improvement in the areas of quality, LEAN, health and safety, and organizational performance by recording, monitoring, reporting and integrating feedback and data.
Actively contribute to and collaborate on the development and implementation of the company’s overall technician development paths, plans and schedules.
Frequent travel to branches is required.
Qualifications
Experience as a Mechanical Technologist or Heavy Duty Mechanic servicing Heavy Machinery.
A desire to teach and train service technicians / mechanics.
Ability to create or assist in creating training programs to OEM specifications.
