The Technical Trainer is responsible for the development and delivery of technical training programs for Agricultural Machinery Service Technicians / Mechanics. AUD 80,000-115,000
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Assess the development needs of the company's agricultural service technicians.
- In collaboration with others, identify sources for, and as required help develop, suitable instructional and evaluation materials for the agricultural service technicians.
- Produce and implement development training programs including coordination of delivery.
- Monitor, report on, and drive achievement of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) training metrics
- Ensure employee development activities are aligned with continuous improvement in the areas of quality, LEAN, health and safety, and organizational performance by recording, monitoring, reporting and integrating feedback and data.
- Actively contribute to and collaborate on the development and implementation of the company’s overall technician development paths, plans and schedules.
- Frequent travel to branches is required.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Mechanical Technologist or Heavy Duty Mechanic servicing Heavy Machinery.
- A desire to teach and train service technicians / mechanics.
- Ability to create or assist in creating training programs to OEM specifications.
