We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the administrative and operational aspects of a multi-office law firm. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage daily operations, financial management, human resources, and staff supervision to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Coordinate daily office functions, maintain facilities and technology infrastructure, manage vendor relationships, and implement case management systems.
  • Financial Management: Oversee billing, invoicing, and client fee collection, manage budgets and expenses, and prepare financial reports.
  • Human Resources: Ensure compliance with employment laws, manage employee benefits and payroll, and address staff concerns.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise non-attorney staff including legal assistants and paralegals, conduct performance evaluations, and encourage employee development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years in a senior management role.
  • Experience in a law firm setting is advantageous.
  • Capability to work across four office locations.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal software and technology, with solid financial and budgeting expertise.
  • Ability to manage confidential information effectively.

Opportunity Highlights:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000, with a comprehensive benefits package. The role is based in Smithtown, NY, with the flexibility to work across multiple office locations on Long Island.
