Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Structural Engineers and Designers to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Design and analyze various structures including bridges, buildings, and other infrastructure projects.
• Oversee project planning, direction, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with local, county, and state regulations.
• Conduct bridge inspections and manage construction support services such as contract administration and budget management.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while participating in professional and civic organizations.
• Ensure financial objectives are met, including utilization, profitability, and overhead management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer registration in PA is required; NJ registration preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including working with local and state agencies.
• Experience with PennDOT or Turnpike projects is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage contractual obligations.
• Proficiency in structural design software, including PennDOT programs; familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
