We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead a thriving law firm in New Hyde Park, specializing in business, healthcare, real estate, employment, and estate planning law. This role is pivotal in steering the firm towards achieving its strategic vision, optimizing operational efficiencies, and enhancing client relations. The CEO will work in a hybrid setting and report directly to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the firm's long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals.
  • Ensure the firm's financial stability, including managing cash flow, investments, and profitability.
  • Oversee and refine internal systems and processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and inspire the management team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.
  • Represent the firm in interactions with clients, investors, and the public.
  • Drive marketing, client acquisition, and business development strategies to expand the client base.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CEO within a law firm is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a professional services team.
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementing business development initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with clients, partners, and staff.
  • Proficient in identifying and resolving complex issues with sound judgment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business principles and practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $250,000, along with performance-based bonuses and a robust benefits package.
