With a mission to streamline operations, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth, the company is seeking an experienced CRO/COO to, align teams, and position the business for long-term success.

 

About the Role

 

The Chief Revenue Officer/COO will serve as the strategic and operational leader, responsible for driving growth, optimizing efficiency, and leading a high-performing team. This role requires deep expertise in sales, operations, and technology, along with extensive experience in SaaS business models and cloud-based POS systems, to ensure the delivery of exceptional value to customers. The CRO/COO will play a critical role in executing the company’s growth strategy while shaping its long-term vision and success.

 

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Define and implement a clear strategic vision to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by leading, mentoring, and empowering cross-functional teams.
  • Align departmental goals with company objectives to ensure a cohesive execution of strategy.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive customer acquisition.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in underserved markets.
  • Work closely with the product team to define the POS product strategy, roadmap, and innovation pipeline.
  • Gather insights from customers and internal teams to prioritize features that align with market needs.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of customer-driven solutions that differentiate the company.
  • Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
  • Oversee technology teams to ensure system reliability, security, and innovation.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Assess and resolve business challenges, implementing a clear turnaround strategy.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
  • Drive change management initiatives to improve team alignment and organizational effectiveness.

 

What You Bring:

 

  • Proven success in a leadership role, ideally within a software startup or high-growth company.
  • Strong expertise in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of product management and agile development methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in operations, including process optimization and P&L management.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to develop retail and restaurant technology solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant and retail industries, including their unique operational challenges.
  • Experience with SaaS business models and cloud-based POS systems.
