We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to focus on building relationships with QSR owners and operators, helping them streamline operations and grow their business through our clients innovative solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, cultivating leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers. What You Will Do:

 

  • Develop a deep understanding of the companys products and services, with a focus on the QSR industry.
  • Prospect, generate, and cultivate new leads within the QSR space.
  • Identify additional QSR prospects through creative methods to supplement assigned leads.
  • Build relationships with QSR owners and operators by clearly communicating how the company solutions can improve their operations and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities in the sales CRM system, including:
  • Logging detailed notes after each interaction with QSR prospects and customers.
  • Continuously educate yourself on trends in the QSR industry and how the companys solutions address specific challenges in this sector.
  • Ensure QSR prospects and customers receive accurate information and high-quality support throughout the sales process.

 

What You Bring:

 

  • Experience in sales, particularly in the QSR or restaurant technology space.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
  • Strong solution-selling background, with an emphasis on customer service in the QSR or foodservice industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with QSR owners and operators.
  • Ability to absorb, understand, and explain technical and operational details relevant to the QSR industry.
  • Results-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a diverse range of QSR professionals, build relationships, and influence decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and the ability to overcome objections common in the QSR industry.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
