As they expand their North American presence, they are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to establish and execute a strategic sales approach, with the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team in the future.

 

What You Will Do:

 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on long-term client relationships and value-based selling.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, driving revenue growth in the North American market.
  • Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and engagement to contract negotiation and closing high-value deals.
  • Partner closely with Solution Engineers to understand client challenges and deliver tailored, value-driven payment solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, positioning the company’s payment technology as a business advantage.
  • Establish strong, multi-year client relationships, with a focus on retention and long-term growth.
  • Build financial models to demonstrate ROI, articulating the economic impact of proposed solutions.
  • Implement a strategic, consultative sales approach, addressing clients' technical, operational, and financial needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking to drive awareness and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define the roadmap for scaling the sales function, including hiring and developing a high-performing team over time.

 

What You Bring:  
 
  • 5+ years of experience in complex B2B technology sales, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, with a proactive and strategic approach.
  • Deep expertise in value-based selling, financial modeling, and consultative sales methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to drive results in a fast-growing organization.
  • Experience building strategic partnerships and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within North America.
