We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our clients growing team. This role involves prospecting and engaging with businesses that accept payments, providing them with innovative POS solutions tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys consultative sales, and has a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

 

The Sales Executive will use a combination of outbound calls, email outreach, and referral-based lead generation to identify new business opportunities and promote our solutions. This position requires persistence, integrity, and a strong desire to succeed.

 

What You Will Do:

 
  • Develop a strong understanding of our payment technology and service offerings.
  • Conduct 60 to 75 outbound calls per day to prospective businesses using a CRM-integrated phone system.
  • Qualify prospects, communicate our value proposition, and convert leads into new customers.
  • Leverage assigned lead lists and creatively source additional business opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM, including logging calls, updating prospect details, and setting follow-up tasks.
  • Provide accurate product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Act with integrity by ensuring prospects receive promised information and follow-through on commitments.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and continuously refine sales techniques.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

 

What You Bring:  

 
  • Experience in outbound sales, preferably in payments, merchant services, or technology solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify and overcome objections.
  • Prior experience working with a CRM for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Must be able to work 100% in-office.
