As the Sales Manager, you will establish and lead a newly created field sales organization, delivering a localized, hands-on experience to merchants in key verticals. Your primary responsibility will be to build, manage, and inspire a high-performing team of quota-carrying Account Executives (AEs) targeting industries such as veterinary practices, medspas, and other related markets with significant growth potential. This frontline leadership role is both strategic and tactical—you will define and execute a vision for team-building and market expansion, while actively engaging with AEs in the field to drive sales and revenue growth. Leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset, you will craft a dynamic sales strategy, foster a culture of accountability and excellence, and lead your team to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
