We are seeking a driven and skilled District Manager to lead and develop a team of Territory Managers (TM) and Merchant Account Executives (MAE) for our client. In this role, you will focus on strengthening the sales skills and revenue achievements of team members, playing a key part in their success and growth through strategic training, mentorship, and oversight. This position involves managing and guiding the team, recruiting and training new MAEs, and ensuring overall performance and growth. As District Manager, your primary focus will be on elevating the sales effectiveness and capabilities of each team member to drive revenue.

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Design and execute sales training programs to enhance MAEs' sales techniques
  • Guide team members on effective sales approaches, prospecting, and CRM usage for pipeline management
  • Set, monitor, and drive team sales targets, helping strategize for revenue maximization
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture focused on learning and growth
  • Offer ongoing support and mentorship to empower team members in their roles
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently maintained across the team

 

What You Bring:

 

  • 3+ years in sales management or a similar leadership role
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a motivational approach
  • Background in the merchant services industry
