We are seeking an experienced ISV Channel Leader with a strong background in merchant services and payments to lead our client's ISV sales channel with responsibility for growing existing partnerships and acquiring new Independent Software Vendor (ISV) relationships.

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing ISV sales team, fostering a culture of success, accountability, and goal achievement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and ISV sales objectives.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to analyze customer, market, and competitor trends, identifying new sales opportunities and delivering insights to leadership.
  • Cultivate and manage key customer relationships, participating in closing strategic, high-impact deals.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align solutions with customer needs and market demands, and partner with solution consultants to define value propositions within the partner ecosystem.
  • Continuously optimize internal processes to enhance sales cycle effectiveness and overall performance.
  • Participate in lead generation campaigns to drive top-of-funnel activity and develop new ISV partnerships.

 

What You Will Bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience in the merchant services or payments industry 
  • A minimum of 2 years leading an ISV sales team, with a strong understanding of the payments and software partner ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to hire and develop top sales talent and manage a dispersed team.
  • Experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies for targeted verticals.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to articulate a clear vision, outline actionable steps, and secure senior leadership commitment to achieving revenue and growth objectives.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and industry peers.
