This Product Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing, Product, Implementation and Engineering teams. The mission is to craft compelling product marketing strategies and campaigns that attract vertical SaaS businesses, drive awareness, and contribute to the adoption of our client's solutions.

 

This role plays a key role in connecting our client's products to their customers, ensuring successful product launches, and shaping the narrative around their innovations.

 

What You Will Do:

 
  • Work with Marketing and Product teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute product marketing campaigns that resonate with vertical SaaS businesses
  • Develop compelling product marketing collateral, including one-pagers, brochures,  battle cards, and presentations, to support Product, Sales, and Implementation teams.
  • Create high-impact decks and resources tailored for the Sales team to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Partner with the Product team, engineers, and documentation team to ensure seamless and impactful product launches, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create key resources and collateral that help customers and their end users understand and maximize the value of the solutions to drive adoption.
  • Write engaging and informative content, including product blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, and more to support product launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with engineering and documentation teams to understand product functionality and features, ensuring marketing materials are aligned, technically accurate and impactful.
  • Further develop and define the target audience, highlight unique value and differentiation, and craft compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate.
  • Research and analyze trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product marketing strategies.

 

What You Bring:  

 
  • 3-5 years in product marketing working in fintech, SaaS, or a related field.
  • Experience marketing in payments/fintech.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience creating compelling marketing content.
  • Comfortable understanding and communicating technical concepts.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced startup environments, with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving customer pain points.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with payment infrastructure or embedded payments.
  • Experience collaborating with product, sales, and technical documentation teams.
