Seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to drive product marketing and brand strategy in North America.

 

This role focuses on adapting global marketing assets, executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and managing integrated marketing campaigns to support business growth. The ideal candidate has payments industry experience, ideally in hardware payments, and a strong background in product marketing, branding, and lead generation.

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Analyze the North American payments market, tracking customer behaviors, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to refine regional strategy.
  • Collaborate with headquarters and sales teams to tailor GTM strategies for the U.S. market.
  • Adapt global product positioning and messaging for local market relevance.
  • Ensure brand consistency while localizing messaging for North America.
  • Develop compelling product narratives to increase market awareness and engagement.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, and traditional channels.
  • Generate qualified leads to support sales and drive demand for payment solutions.
  • Build and manage marketing programs with partners, distributors, and payment channel players to expand reach and accelerate growth.
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives to strengthen strategic alliances.

 

What You Bring:

 

  • 5–10 years of marketing experience in the payments industry. Hardware payments experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, branding, and lead generation.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and create clear business plans.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and demand generation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
  • Ability to work a Hybrid schedule from Alpharetta, Georgia office
