We are seeking a relentless and results-driven ISV Business Development & Sales Executive with a hunter mentality. We are looking for someone to create partnerships with Integrated Software Vendors (ISVs) by helping them monetize their payments. This role is for someone who thrives on building a strong pipeline through aggressive partner pursuit. Their comprehensive suite of services includes credit card processing, sales tax remittance tools, a proprietary payment gateway with split payment functionality, and seamless integration with POS and CRM systems. What You Will Do:

 

  • Identify and onboard new ISV partners through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
  • Develop and execute competitive, hard-hitting proposals that drive new business.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize contract terms ensuring maximum business value.
  • Present tailored product demonstrations and business solutions that resonate with potential partners.
  • Build and maintain a high-impact pipeline of valuable opportunities.
  • Track sales operations metrics, set aggressive KPIs, and consistently exceed targets.
  • Work with internal teams such as Product, Risk, Operations, and Marketing to address partner needs and integrate feedback into future product releases.
  • Travel as needed to client meetings, tradeshows, industry events, and headquarters.
 
 

What You Bring:

 

  • Proven success in a hunter sales role within the payments/merchant services industry, with deep ISV experience.
  • Experience in a sales executive role focused on ISV recruitment and integrated partner sales within merchant acquiring.
  • Strong sales and closing skills with an understanding of financial and payment solutions technology.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and craft tailored solutions based on partner needs.
  • Experience using CRM tools and platforms like Excel or MS Project.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience selling into key verticals such as Property Management, Telco, Healthcare, and SaaS.
  • Self-starter with a relentless, entrepreneurial drive.
  • Proven ability to create and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline or rolodex.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing hard-hitting sales strategies and business cases.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through aggressive partner recruitment.
