We are seeking an experienced Sales Person with a passion for payments and fintech, ready to drive growth and make a lasting impact. This role will involve selling our clients' full payments technology stack to middle-market and large enterprise organizations. Working closely with their internal teams across Technology, Product, Commercial, and Operations, you will position their solutions effectively with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is an independent, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated to exceed sales targets.

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Identify, qualify, and close high-potential prospects and partners to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across various industries.
  • Develop engagement strategies for prospects and collaborate with marketing, business development, product, and other departments to generate a qualified pipeline through cold and warm channels.
  • Present and pitch our next-generation payment solutions and value-added services to eCommerce and fintech companies.
  • Serve as a consultative payments strategist, advising companies on optimal payment structures that leverage a wide range of solutions from our clients.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals for C-suite stakeholders, and apply effective negotiation strategies to secure deals.
  • Act as an expert on our clients' technology stack, guiding new merchants through solutions to address their pain points and answering detailed product questions.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, drive urgency through action plans, and serve as the main point of contact for both prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a well-organized portfolio, deeply understanding clients' industries, challenges, and specific needs.
  • Collaborate with other Sales Managers to share best practices, industry insights, and emerging trends.
  • Provide feedback on local market trends, competitor insights, customer needs, and sales and marketing strategies.
 
 

What You Bring:

 

  • 4+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling payments or fintech solutions.
  • Proven track record of high performance and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong motivation and commitment to professional growth and development.
  • Established network of potential clients and partners within the payments or fintech space.
  • Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in fintech and payment solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and adept at negotiating complex sales structures.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative, coachable, and a true team player.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
