Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale payment technology implementations.

This role is responsible for managing deployments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success while maintaining scope, budget, and timelines. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, enterprise clients, and external partners to drive seamless implementations and optimize project outcomes.  Atlanta based and hybrid role.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, risk and resources.
  • Oversee multiple payment technology implementation projects for North American clients.
  • Apply *Project Management  Methodologies* and best practices to ensure efficiency.
  • Work flexible hours to collaborate with headquarters in Asia and global teams.
  • Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
  • Maintain clear communication and alignment among all project stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with integration partners and technical teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while managing issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with payment industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop risk management strategies to minimize disruptions.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and solution engineering.
  • Oversee deployment of payment systems, smart POS devices, and API integrations.
  • Support testing, certification, and transition to production environments.
  • Understand and coordinate complex payment solutions with technical teams.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high project standards.
  • Track project budgets, expenditures, and financial metrics.
  • Analyze project profitability and support billing/invoicing processes.

 

What You Bring:

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience managing technology implementation projects.
  • Background in payment technology, fintech, or enterprise B2B projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems, POS technology, and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to collaborate with global teams.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects with major enterprise clients.
  • Atlanta based and ability to work hybrid.
