We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Level 1 IT Support Technician to provide part-time technical support to employees. The technician will assist with general IT issues, including troubleshooting connectivity problems, resetting passwords, resolving basic laptop and peripheral issues, and addressing user inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to connectivity, hardware, and software.
  • Assist with password resets, account access, and user setup.
  • Document and track support requests in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in IT support or related field is a plus.
