We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations within our manufacturing facility. This role oversees employee relations, staffing, safety, compliance, and union matters while supporting a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

What you will be doing as the HR Manager:

  • Manage day-to-day HR functions, including staffing, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, environmental, and labor regulations.
  • Track workforce and attendance metrics; ensure accurate job descriptions and manning plans.
  • Partner with supervisors on employee coaching, discipline, and performance management.
  • Lead safety initiatives, reporting, and training programs.
  • Oversee union relations, including grievance handling, documentation, and contract administration.
  • Support leadership with HR reporting, investigations, and process improvements.

What you will need as the HR Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, safety compliance, and labor relations.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
