Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory by visiting customers, building partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities
Prospect and develop new accounts by engaging with purchasing managers, engineers, and key decision-makers
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate closely with inside sales, the business development manager, and the national sales manager to align sales strategies and share insights
Travel extensively within the territory for customer visits, training sessions, and industry events
Participate in an initial intensive training program in Memphis and Germany to gain in-depth product and application knowledge
Use CRM tools to document sales activities, manage pipelines, and track performance metrics
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales, ideally focused on territory management
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a technical or manufacturing environment
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers at all levels
Consultative and value-based selling approach focused on long-term relationship building
High energy level, self-motivated, and passionate about growing market presence
Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Northeastern territory
