Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory by visiting customers, building partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities

  • Prospect and develop new accounts by engaging with purchasing managers, engineers, and key decision-makers

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

  • Collaborate closely with inside sales, the business development manager, and the national sales manager to align sales strategies and share insights

  • Travel extensively within the territory for customer visits, training sessions, and industry events

  • Participate in an initial intensive training program in Memphis and Germany to gain in-depth product and application knowledge

  • Use CRM tools to document sales activities, manage pipelines, and track performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales, ideally focused on territory management

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a technical or manufacturing environment

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers at all levels

  • Consultative and value-based selling approach focused on long-term relationship building

  • High energy level, self-motivated, and passionate about growing market presence

  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Northeastern territory
