Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Finance & Treasury to lead our financial operations and treasury activities. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing treasury functions, and ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the organization's objectives and enhance financial performance.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Manage treasury operations, including cash management, investment activities, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining robust internal controls and governance frameworks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and economic factors to proactively address potential financial risks and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and treasury management, with a proven track record in a senior leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex financial operations and driving organizational growth through effective financial management.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
