What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a wide range of transactions, including: corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, real estate, finance and lending.
- Draft, negotiate, and close complex deals with confidence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, with regular direct contact and responsibility.
- Manage matters proactively and independently while working alongside top-tier colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of transactional experience with a strong background in deal work.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A confident, proactive attorney who thrives on client interaction.
- Texas Bar admission (or ability to waive in).
- Strong work ethic, business mindset, and ability to deliver results.
