A growing mid-sized law firm in North Dallas is seeking an experienced Patent Prosecution Paralegal to join their dynamic intellectual property team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patent prosecution filings, including preparation and filing of applications, responses, and related documents.
  • Coordinate communication with clients, the USPTO, and outside counsel.
  • Maintain patent docketing and monitor deadlines.
  • Prepare documents for patent office submissions and support attorneys in patent prosecution matters.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in patent prosecution.
  • Strong knowledge of patent filing processes, including e-filing and docketing systems.
  • Familiarity with USPTO regulations and intellectual property law.
