About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help scale our GTM efforts across both inbound and outbound channels. In this role, you’ll identify high-potential prospects, tailor outreach using modern sales tools, and convert interest into qualified meetings for our sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background or strong interest in martech, adtech, or data enablement—especially if you’ve worked with CRM data, identity resolution, CDPs, or analytics tools. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives and marketing team to generate pipeline, improve targeting, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

🔍 Prospect, Engage, and Convert

     Identify and research accounts in our ICP, especially in marketing operations, revenue operations, and data strategy roles

     Run targeted outbound cadences using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless, Artisian, and HubSpot

     Qualify and convert inbound leads into high-quality meetings

     Leverage AI-personalized outreach to improve open and conversion rates across channels

✅ Qualify and Hand Off

     Lead discovery conversations to uncover data-related pain points and workflows

     Speak credibly about BettrData’s value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences

     Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT or MEDDPICC-light and schedule handoffs to AEs

📈 Track, Learn, and Improve

     Maintain clean, organized records in HubSpot CRM and sales tools

     Track outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution

     Apply feedback, iterate on messaging, and bring ideas to improve outreach performance

🤝 Collaborate and Grow

     Work closely with AEs to align on account strategy, messaging, and campaign focus

     Share insights from prospect conversations to help refine product positioning

     Commit to learning SaaS sales fundamentals and advancing your career within GTM

Who You Are

     1+ year in sales, business development, or client-facing roles—bonus if in data, martech, or SaaS

     Familiarity with marketing/data concepts (CDPs, CRMs, enrichment, segmentation, identity resolution)

     Tech-savvy: You’ve used tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

     Clear communicator with strong writing and relationship-building skills

     Self-motivated, organized, and eager to contribute in a high-growth environment
