Our client, a rapidly growing law firm based in the Dallas area, is seeking a Legal Assistant with experience in tax law to join their dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 months’ experience working in tax law
At least 5 years of experience performing complex administrative duties in a law firm, supporting multiple attorneys
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with legal billing systems; Aderant preferred
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent attention to detail with advanced proofreading and document review skills
Skilled in drafting, formatting, and editing legal documents
Knowledge of county and state court procedures
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
