Role Overview:As a Compensation Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation frameworks, ensuring market competitiveness, and driving internal equity. This position requires a proactive leader who excels in data-driven decision-making and thrives in a collaborative environment. Your expertise in SAP and Salesforce will be instrumental in optimizing our compensation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement competitive compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct market analysis and ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to develop total rewards strategies.
  • Oversee annual compensation cycles, including merit and bonus processes.
  • Maintain data integrity in SAP and utilize Salesforce for analytics and reporting.
  • Support recruitment and retention through competitive job offers and packages.
  • Provide training and guidance on compensation policies and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation management.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce is essential.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field; CCP certification is advantageous.
