Seeking an AutoCAD Lead with industrial piping experience to be the primary CAD Draftsperson for a growing Design‐Build Mechanical Contracting firm in Fort Wayne, IN. Ideal candidates will have strong industrial piping AutoCAD experience, and the experience/ability to train per-engineering team members.

AutoCAD Lead Tasks:
- Communicate daily with project engineers, PSM specialists, and project detailers.
- Update CAD drawings for PSM & construction projects.
- Creating drawings for new projects
- Working with detailers for final modifications and fab work.
- Train pre-engineering employees on CAD.
- Communication and coordination to filling our customers’ needs.
AutoCAD Lead Profile:
- Associates Degree preferred; High-school diploma required
- 3+ years AutoCAD experience with Industrial Piping experience
- Strong communication skills
- Organization skills
- Multitasking
- General Mechanical knowledge
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to collaborate in a team environment to continually create, maintain, and improve program libraries
AutoCAD Lead Benefits:
- Salary based on experience: $60,000 - $100,000
